Refund policy

At LuminBee, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To ensure a smooth process, please review the terms below.

1. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or order number).

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: To start a return, please contact us at luminbeea@gmail.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address is: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Important: We cannot accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return through our official process.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at luminbeea@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new, separate order for the new item.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. UK & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped to a customer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must still meet all eligibility requirements as stated in Section 1.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm its arrival and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
